Calm autumn weekend ahead of us in Hungary

The weekend will bring calm and typically autumnal weather across Hungary, with little to no rainfall expected.
Although a few scattered showers may occur in the north-eastern regions on Saturday, most areas can look forward to dry conditions and partly cloudy skies, according to the latest forecast from HungaroMet Nonprofit Zrt.
On Friday, cloud cover will be thicker over the northern parts of the country, while in the south, the morning mist is expected to clear, giving way to several hours of sunshine. Later in the day, clouds will gradually increase again, especially from the south. Winds will remain light, and no significant rainfall is forecast. Daytime highs will range between 12 and 18°C.
Saturday will start mostly cloudy, but the sky will gradually clear during the day, allowing some sunshine to break through. Light rain or brief showers may occur in a few spots, mainly in the north-east. The north-westerly, later northerly wind will become moderate to occasionally strong, particularly in the Transdanubian region and around the capital. Morning temperatures will generally range from 5 to 10°C, dropping a few degrees lower in the colder valleys, while daytime highs will be between 12 and 17°C.
On Sunday, patches of morning fog and low clouds will lift, giving way to a bright and sunny day. Some thin high cloud may drift in from the west later on, but the weather will stay dry. Winds will remain light, turning southerly by evening. It will be a chilly start to the day, with lows between -4 and +4°C, and afternoon temperatures reaching 9 to 14°C.
