Competition Office clears reduced parking fees at Liszt Ferenc Airport
Budapest, June 28 (MTI) – Hungary’s Competition Office (GVH) on Tuesday said it approved a reduction in fees for parking and pick-up and drop-off at Liszt Ferenc International Airport.
The reductions, as well as changes to bonus card preferences, will establish efficient competition on the long-term parking market, GVH said. The reduced prices and modified preferences will remain in force until the end of 2019, it added.
In a review of the pricing practices of airport operator Budapest Airport, GVH aimed to determine whether they shut out any transfer businesses.
GVH found no violations during the review.
