Audi, Mercedes and Bosch Hungary’s most attractive employers
Budapest, March 6 (MTI) – Audi, Mercedes and Bosch were seen as the most popular employers in Hungary in 2014 in a survey by HR consultancy Aon Hewitt and AIESEC.
Gauging the opinions of nearly 8,000 employees with little to extensive experience, the survey showed that Hungarians see multinational companies as the most attractive employers in the country. The survey’s top ten list includes one national and nine foreign-owned companies.
The top ten list continued in fourth place with Microsoft, then the Hungarian fuels group MOL, Coca-Cola, Nestle, IKEA, IBM and l’Oreal.
Asked about their preferred salaries, career-starters stated 176,000 forints (EUR 570) net monthly pay as the amount they wished to earn, while those with three years of experience cited 306,000 forints.
The percentage of respondents who plan on taking jobs abroad for more than three years rose to 28 percent from 25 percent last year and those who think about working abroad for one to three years rose from 13 to 15 percent, the survey said.
