Make the most of the mild weather! Temperatures to drop as low as -5°C by Sunday morning in Hungary
Saturday will offer a pleasant, autumnal day perfect for outdoor activities, but a sharp cold front is expected to sweep through Hungary by Sunday, bringing frosty conditions with morning lows that could reach -5°C early next week.
Saturday will bring mild, ideal hiking weather to much of Hungary, with daytime temperatures reaching between 13-17°C, Telex reports. The dry cold front will arrive by Saturday, possibly bringing light showers to eastern areas and strong winds, particularly in the Transdanubian Mountains. However, temperatures will remain relatively mild throughout the day.
The real cooldown will set in on Sunday, with temperatures dipping to between 7-12°C in the afternoon and the first frost expected by morning. While skies will clear by Sunday afternoon, expect brisk winds to linger, though no further rainfall is predicted.
Next week, this chillier autumn weather pattern will hold, with sunny days and widespread morning frosts. Monday’s early hours may see temperatures drop as low as -5°C, though daytime highs should reach 7-14°C, offering a crisp but sunny autumn atmosphere.
