The first Balaton Cross-skating – VIDEO, PHOTOS
The first Balaton Cross-skating between Badacsony and Fonyód took place last Saturday, 444.hu reports.
Participants started at 11 am from the port at Badacsony to cover a 5.2 km-distance on the ice of the Balaton Lake. They were accompanied by lifeguards.
Gábor Kardos, who came up with the idea, told that this was the most extreme ice-tour in Europe, attracting as many people as no other event could attract before.
