Bosch invests HUF 9.3bn in capacity expansion
Budapest, September 9 (MTI) – Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems is investing 9.3 billion forints (EUR 30m) in a capacity expansion at its plant in Miskolc, in north-east Hungary, the unit of German engineering giant Bosch said on Wednesday.
The unit is being awarded a 1.4 billion forint state grant for the project, the foreign and trade minister Peter Szijjarto said. The investment will create 425 workplaces, he added.
The plant in Miskolc makes starter motors, relays and electric drives for the automotive industry.
