Coronavirus – Hungary confirmed cases rise to 73
The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection in Hungary has increased to 73, koronavirus.gov.hu reported on Thursday.
According to the website, the epidemic in the country has entered in its second phase with the virus being transmitted in communities.
The website stressed that people, especially the elderly and young people, should not leave their homes and observe the rules concerning the epidemic.
Of the patients 9 are Iranian, one is British and another is Kazakh and 62 are Hungarians, the website said.
Currently, 124 people are quarantined and the authorities have taken 2,322 samples.
