EU Presidency – Minister Bóka: No EU mechanism to monitor rule of law compliance

Prime Minister – Victor Orban & his Government have been exemplary in their Management & Control of this novel coronavirus.
It is time, that Budapest, the 23 Districts, that come under that classification, deeper affirmative actions are needed to be be introduced, to stem the rampant and aggressive path, that currently, we ALL are witnessing, in the journey on-going, of this deadly novel coronavirus.
The “zenith” of this second wave, has a minimum of (3) three months, in weather patterns, that statistically, the effects on those who are infected with this deadly virus, face greater recovery battles and challenges, than in the warmer and summer month seasons.
It should be considered, by our Government, supported by the Mayors of the 23 Districts and their Municipal Governments, if figures and statistics, based on Medical Science, indicates that there District is a – HOT SPOT – and in need of firmer close down actions, to control and monitor the on-going spread of this deadly novel virus within their District, this Decision & Action must be effected immediately.
We currently have near on 11.000 cases and growing daily, of this novel virus, in the 23 Districts of Budapest.
We know the Districts out of the 23, that are the – HOT SPOT – districts.
Harsh measures that pain me to think and write on this subject, that would be a measure of isolation of citizens to a greater degree than at present – we ALL live.
It must be considered, and broadly discussed, as a policy procedure, that may assist in the slowing, controlling, managing, widening and spreading – of this deadly novel virus, that Challenges us ALL.
We wait, patiently, for the discovery of a vaccine that will immunize human beings from contacting this novel virus.
Stay Safe & Well – ALL.
