Dawn heat record broken in Hungary
A new dawn heat record was broken on Friday, with a temperature of 11.1 degrees Celsius measured at Sellye, in south-west Hungary, HungaroMet said on its website on Saturday.
The previous record was 10.3 C, measured in 2016 in Kaposvár, also in the south-west of the country.
