Hungarian supermodel will not raise her child in New York with its “filthy littered streets” – PHOTOS
The famous Hungarian model, Enikő Mihalik’s little daughter will soon turn one in July and the supermodel is planning to return to her job. She talked about their five-year plan with her husband and the newly-born baby.
Enikő Mihalik, who is signed with such prestigious model agencies as The Society NY and Elite Paris, gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, nearly a year ago. According to 24.hu, the first couple of months were rough on the famous Hungarian model as she suffered from postpartum depression which is usually characterised by mood swings, crying spells, anxiety and sleep issues. However, five months after giving birth she was back in shape as her Instagram post demonstrated in which she was posing in a crop top flaunting her flawless postnatal figure.

The 34-year-old Hungarian model stopped nursing in April after a 9-month period. She said good bye to this cherished phase of her life plus her breast pump in an Instagram post in which she also dropped a hint that she might consider having a second baby in the future. She addressed the previously mentioned device with this funny comment.
“Good bye for now. If it is meant to be, our paths will cross again, I’m positive about that.”
Now, Enikő gave an interview to rtl.hu in which she revealed that they wish to move somewhere more peaceful and quiet for the next 5 years as both the model and her husband have had enough of the Big Apple.
“Before the birth of my baby girl, I used to find New York a more liveable city. However, it has really started to bother me how noisy and dirty it is, not that I didn’t notice it before. I came to the realisation that I don’t want to walk my child on the filthy streets in the stench rising from the piled-up rubbish. The situation has gotten worse since the pandemic. I long to live in a big house with a garden, that’s our 5-year plan. We are moving all together with our baby, the cat and the dog.”

One tram ride across Budapest and you see women that are 10 times more beautiful and probably more down to earth mentally than that “model”.
Easy. Move Upstate, to New Jersey or Long Island, like everyone else who has kids in NYC!
She obviously can’t afford to live in the better parts of NYC if that is her experience. But as Chad said, she should move upstate. As of J, get real – Hungarian women are no more or less beautiful than others as a rule.
New York City is what happens when the socialists have unquestioned control over an area for decades. High crime, filth, blight with the highest costs to live. There are very few positives remaining for those in New York City.
@Erik, I lived in NYC when that Giuliani was in charge. It was filthy and expensive back then. But then as now, the positives are that one can earn a lot of money, as I did. In the summer I would get away to my house in the Hamptons for a bit of relief at weekends. Winters would be a flight to Palm Beach for the weekend. All possible thanks to NYC.
@Sidewalk – think you’ll agree that from the late 90s (after Giuliani cleaned up the place – no more hookers on 42nd and you could walk on 9th without getting harassed), plenty of Manhattan and Brooklyn got properly gentrified (to your point – provided you could afford to live there, of course). Maybe she lives in some interesting part of Queens???
Once parenthood becomes the focus & reality so many ideas and ideals change. Parents often want more pristine surroundings with safety in mind as well as to have close-by access to nature. Of course, so many parks now become dog poop filled, homeless infested, who also use the green spaces for toilets. Usually a person has to move to more rural locations where there is no access to all the social services which encourage bad lifestyle choices, where dogs deficate on their own yards. With so easy access to large highways such places are now popular communities for raising families. And knowing the names or all your neighbours, the parents of kids in the local daycare or school…those things have great value. I guess it is why the population of Nova Scotia increased by such unexpected % these past 2 years as people wanted to escape the places that lived. That included Americans, Europeans, Syrians etc. It was shocking that when people learned about us they bought houses sight unseen from a half dozen photos….and bidding wars erupted. Hopefully this young family will also find the right place for them. Different for everyone.
