Fuel price to change before Christmas rush in Hungary
With oil prices on the international market and the relative stability of the EUR/USD exchange rate, motorists are getting good news ahead of the Christmas shopping rush. Unfortunately, the price of diesel will be unchanged on the first day of December.
The price of petrol will drop by HUF 3 gross on the first day of December. Meanwhile, the price of diesel will remain unchanged this week, holtankoljak.hu reports.
Thus, the last month of the year starts with the following prices:
- 95 petrol: HUF 577/litre (EUR 1.53)
- diesel: HUF 604/litre (EUR 1.60).
According to the portal, the price of Brent oil was hovering around the USD 80 level last week, with minimal changes. The same was true for the forint against the dollar, which opened and closed at HUF 347 at the beginning and end of the week, szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu writes.
There are therefore no significant price changes at the wells. This is definitely is good news ahead of the Christmas rush.
