Jenő Rácz, one of Hungary’s most popular chefs, welcomed Kristofer Hivju to his Michelin-star restaurant in Budapest. Hivju is well-known for his role in the fantasy series Game of Thrones, in which he portrayed Tormund Giantsbane.

According to Rácz’s Instagram post, he was not informed before the arrival of the special guest, but his crew recognised him. As a result, Rácz and Hivju took a photo, and the GOT star received a special tour in the kitchen.

Chef Rácz also hosted John Cena

In December, Chef Rácz hosted American actor and professional wrestler John Cena in the Rumour. Rácz told Blikk that they did not know who they were receiving, and even the guests did not recognise him. Therefore, Cena and his wife could spend the dinner as ordinary people, undisturbed. Of course, Rácz went to their table after dinner and asked their opinion about Hungary and Budapest.

John Cena said that he liked the country and the Hungarian flavours and praised the 11-course dinner they got. Rácz said they were interested in gastronomy. Cena also revealed that his wife cooked at home, and he does the washing up. They took a photo in the restaurant with all the crew.
