Government: Brazil, Mexico markets for innovative Hungarian technologies
Budapest (MTI) – Hungary has world-class innovative technologies, know-how and products that can potentially find markets in Brazil and Mexico, the state secretary for economic diplomacy told public news channel M1 on Monday evening.
Levente Magyar who recently paid visit to the two countries said Hungary has built the most intensive economic ties with Mexico in the Latin American region.
The volume of Hungary’s trade with Mexico is twice as big as with Brazil, he told the programme, adding that this is a “historic heritage” the two sides strive to take advantage of.
Magyar said that wastewater management poses a major challenge in Mexico and Brazil as well and the partners in both countries expressed great interest towards cost-efficient Hungarian technology solutions.
They also expressed interest in learning about Hungary’ urban development and management technologies, he said.
