Regarding number 1 – Gasoline: crinkle fries? I thought those horrible processed things went out fashion in the late 1970’s. The ridges trap the oil and make the fries incredibly unhealthy as well as visually unappealing. The expression we would use for crinkle fries in England is that ‘they’re naff’.
Anyone that puts mushrooms on a hamburger is an idiot. A Hamburger is and only is a Hamburger bun, 100% ground beef, Lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions and optionally cheese and, bacon. If I owned a burger joint and you aked for mushrooms I would ask you to leave. I would offer your choice of fries or onion rings.
