Agriculture company UBM units sign agreement with Kazakh partner on premix plant operation.

Units of Hungary’s UBM Holding have signed a cooperation agreement with a subsidiary of KazFoodProducts Group on the joint operation of a planned premix plant in Kazakhstan’s Almaty Region, the agribusiness said on Wednesday.

The premix plant, with annual capacity of 48,000 tonnes, will be built by a joint venture to be owned by UBM Group (70pc) and KazFoodProducts (30pc), under the agreement.
