Hungarian enterprise among the best ten European employers
Forbes.hu reported that the Hungarian Office of EPAM Systems – operating as the centre of the European global IT company – got into the best ten European employers based on the ratings of the professional jury of the European Business Awards (EBA). Among many European companies, it is competing for “The Employer of The Year Award”. The performance of the top 110 companies was honoured with a Ruban D’Honor award. One of these companies will be the best European enterprise.
According to Forbes.hu, this year, in the first round, 12 Hungarian enterprises got onto the list of the best ones, and won the title of “National Champion”. Seven out of the twelve enterprises took up the challenge in the next round. And now, EPAM Systems has the big chance to win the “The Employer of The Year Awards”, as Europe’s best employer. It is worth observing the solutions the enterprises worked out to successfully respond to the challenges of the labour market, and how they could attract and keep the talented employees for themselves.
Until the beginning of March, the general public can also vote for the video introductions of the National Champions.

The next winner of the competition for EBA will be chosen by the general public. Their votes will decide which enterprise will be the Best European Employee. Finally, a professional jury will name the winner of each category in May 2017, Forbes.hu wrote.
