Scandal in Brussels! Hungarian MEP involved in illegal Brussels orgy
Police had to shut down a sex party during curfew hours in Brussels. A Hungarian MEP who just resigned was confirmed to be there.
As Telex reported, Belgian newspapers announced that there was an illegal house party the police had to shut down because of curfew hours. They were suggesting that guests of the party included former Hungarian Member of the European Parliament from Fidesz. Later, the assumptions indeed turned out to be true.
The house party, which was confirmed to be a sex party, was on Friday night in a bar in Brussels. Guests included 25 people – mostly men, and one of them was the Hungarian MEP who resigned from his position not long after. The police also found drugs at the venue.
The MEP tried to flee the venue through the eaves when the police came, but another group of officers caught him. The Belgian Prosecutor’s Office told 24 that the escaping man’s hands were covered in blood, possibly from injuries.
Apart from MEP József Szájer, other diplomats were also among the guests. They were taken for interrogation – except for Szájer, referring to his immunity as MEP.
According to the Belgian Prosecutor’s Office, on the other hand, the police found drugs in the bag of the man with initials S. J., born in 1961, which very likely refers to Szájer.
When Szájer resigned, he said participating in the daily political struggle had been “an increasing mental strain” on him for some time, noting his 30-year career as a politician.
Fidesz’s reaction after Szájer’s resignation:
The Fidesz and Christian Democrat EP group thanked Szájer for his service and praised his role in allowing Hungarian civic conservatism and Christian democracy to establish itself on the European political scene.

Fidesz-style…. anyone surprised?
Real questions, is the party considered illegal or was it the drugs (illegal substances). Generally curious to understand what the crime and charges are.

The party was illegal due to lockdown in Belgium. Very strange that the press in Hungary is not mentioning that it was a sex party in a gay bar…
25 people at a sex party of mostly men in a gay bar with drugs and alcohol during CoVid lockdown in Brussels. What could possibly go wrong?
This is the Christian and family values that the illustrious prime minister holds to be the core of modern Hungary!
So much for the Christian values of Victor Orbán
@Emma: yes, the bar was shown on the BBC and it is a gay bar. The party was 25 men…. Szajer did not try to escape through the eaves as reported above, but climbed through a window and tried to climb down a drainpipe (still naked). Finally, if the drugs are proven to be his, he is not covered by Diplomatic Immunity – it does not cover criminal offences.
If this populist, moralist hypocrit preacher of Christian values had not used his political immunity of MEP to get away with a ridiculous fine but instead had behaved like the common people that he, like his boss V.O. , prides himself to represent, he would be charged for: possession and trafficking of illegal drugs, breaching of Covid rules, public nudity ( since he tried to escape naked, via a water pipe…) and he would be likely to receive between five and fifteen years jail sentence ( mainly because of drug trafficking )
The rest is a private matter, and surely this is how Goulash with ears V.O. and his corrupt entourage will treat the issue, trying to minimize it and pretending to forget and make Hungarians forget that mr. Szajer has always been a strong champion of anti-homosexual crusades… how embarassing he got caught naked playing sex games with 24 other men….
Surely, most Hungarians, including politically brainwashed priests, will forget the story and keep voting for the bunch of corrupt hypocrits V.O. leads and feeds with our ( Hu taxpayers and EU taxpayers ) money. Hungary is in a downfall, a real cupio dissolvi. And people like Szajer symbolise that very well.
It is what it is hypocrisy the guy running away had a really big reason to evade capture…….a founding member of a strict Christian valued political party. I wander if his fellow party member were aware of his partying ways? Being gay isn’t an issue (who cares) but his hypocrisy………..sad really sad …..the poor guy will not be the first or last individual to have these hidden values? He will not be too happy at the moment but he will survive and will probably prosper ….
I doubt whether he would get a warm welcome in a Budapest gay club after this.
