Hungarian state invests EUR 508 million in new vehicles
According to the call published in the Electronic Procurement System a few days ago, the General Directorate of Public Procurement and Procurement (KEF) under the Ministry of Finance, which manages centralised public procurement, has launched an invitational tender worth HUF 150 billion net and HUF 190 billion gross.
HUF 190 billion for new vehicles
The average price of the 18,500 vehicles to be purchased exceeds 10 million (EUR 26,752). The state would conclude a 4-year framework contract with the winner of the centralised public procurement for 190 billion (EUR 508,296,667) gross. The fleet to be sold includes passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as 3,500 purely electric cars. The 48-month framework agreement consists of 3 parts and applies to the purchase of a total of 18,500 vehicles as well as related services (marketing and commissioning, service package, damage repair). One part applies to 3,500 purely electric cars, while another, 7,500 parts, is specifically about vehicles to be delivered to law enforcement, national defence and other emergency services, writes hvg.hu.
First part: 7,500 vehicles (a mix of passenger and commercial vehicles) with a gross value of HUF 76.2 billion (EUR 203,849,325) for general state-government purposes for independent budget bodies – here, in the evaluation, the consumption falls by 15 out of 100 weighting points and the price by 85 weighting points.
Second part: 3,500 purely electric vehicles (mixed passenger and commercial vehicles) with a gross value of HUF 38.1 billion (EUR 101,924,662) for general state and government purposes for independent budget bodies – here, in the evaluation, the charging performance is weighted 10 out of 100 points, 10 weight points the battery capacity and the price by 80 points of gravity.
Third part: 7,500 vehicles (a mix of passenger and commercial vehicles) with a gross value of HUF 76.2 billion (EUR 203,849,325) specifically for law enforcement, national defence and other emergency services – here, in the evaluation, the consumption falls by 15 points out of 100 and the price by 85 points.
