Hungary April retail sales up 3.2 pc yr/yr
Retail sales in Hungary grew by an annual 3.2 percent in April, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said in a second reading of data released on Friday.
Retail sales increased by 1.7 percent adjusted for calendar year effects. The unadjusted figure was revised downwards from 3.5 percent and the adjusted figure from 2 percent from the first reading published on June 6.
The pace of retail sales growth slowed from an unadjusted and adjusted 3.3 percent and 5.3 percent, respectively, in March.
