Hungary is the centre of love
Change language:
A study on love was carried out by an international team of nearly 100 scientists. Their findings show that Hungary is the country where couples love each other the most, and Budapest, not Paris, is the capital of love.
Love research
The research, led by Piotr Sorokowski, a psychologist at the University of Wroclaw, surveyed 9,474 people in couplehood in 45 countries. The researchers looked at the relationship between the degree of modernisation, gender equality and communitarianism in a given country and the love people feel for each other.
The Big Thing reports that participants were asked to complete a 32-question questionnaire. The questionnaire asked them to rate sentences about their partner on a scale.
Hungary came out top in the survey. On a scale of nine to nine, the average score was almost eight. Close behind were Malaysia, Portugal and the United States. China, Germany, Pakistan and Turkey had the lowest average.

I wonder these ‘Eminent” Scientist, if in there advice they “Promote” that being in touch with one’s inner self, makes the Art of Love – more understanding – that you can truthfully say that I’m in Love.
Hungary sits on the location that balances the male and female . no surprise its the love state that we get into being there . divine.
Its hard to beleave that this result was based on asking 9400 people!
What a Joke….nobody can take this seriously
I have lived in many countries …..but this place does not reflekt at all this finding. It is true that most hungarians have a romantic nature…..when they are in love…they are very affectionate. But other then that…..the devorce rate is high and men are in charge and cheat a lot on their partner. And is seems to be alright with most people. Not a pretty picture!!!!
That’s because Hungary is not a liberal, feminist country. Liberalism hates love, hates marriage, it hates the idea of men and women getting along, having relationships and kids. Liberalism wants people to just stay single and have casual sex. Hungary has rejected that idea and is returning to the old ways.
Gender equality increases love? Yeah right… Hungary, Malaysia, Poland, India, and Mexico are not exactly bastions of feminist ideology.
