It is a long proven fact that smoking is harmful to our health, harmful to the smoker and harmful to “second hand” smokers.
We didn’t ban smoking or the sale of smoking products. We passed laws minimizing the harm smokers do to non-smokers by keeping smoking out of public places. It didn’t stop all smokers from smoking but reduced the hard their filthy habit is causing the rest of us.
High taxes on smoking products helps mitigate the health costs imposed on us by smokers getting lung disease, among other things.
I suggest a similar approach for controlling un-vaccinated people.
