Hungary’s sole Amusement Park closes a great season

Hungary’s one and only amusement park has just concluded its most successful season of the past decade, with a total number of over 186 thousand ride and attraction uses between mid-March and early November.

This year saw further renovations and overhauls, with a number of rides undergoing full refurbishment. Based on visitor feedback and modern standards, new services such as free guest WiFi and online ticket sale were introduced.

Also, ever popular pony rides were once again made available for children.

The 182-day season included a good number of special events, including classic visitor favorite Wristband Weekends as well as novelties like children’s festival Campus KID and historical guided tours on the European Heritage Days.

Celebrating the 60^th anniversary of its establishment in 2020, the Debrecen Amusement Park will be featuring new rides and attractions as well as thrilling special events and activities next year.
