Hungary industrial prices up 1.5 pc in June
Industrial producer prices rose by 1.5 percent in June from the same month a year earlier, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Monday.
Prices for domestic sales were up by 3.2 percent while export prices edged up 0.8 percent.
In a month-on-month comparison, industrial producer prices inched down 0.2 percent as domestic prices were down by 0.2 percent and export prices were down by 0.3 percent.
Year-on-year, factory gate prices in the manufacturing sector rose by 1.8 percent in June. In a month-on-month comparison, however, producer prices in the same sector inched down 0.3 percent.
In the first six months of 2017, industrial producer prices rose by 3.2 percent compared to the same period last year as domestic prices climbed 5.5 percent and export prices were up by 2.1 percent.
