The internet loves the Hungarian bug headbanging to metal music – Video
One of the beauties of the internet is that it sometimes rediscovers precious videos. According to nlcafe.hu, this is exactly what happened with this one, which presents a Hungarian black bug headbanging to metal music, even though the video is at least 6 years old.
A few years ago some young boys decided to do a unique experiment, and play metal music to a small longicorn beetle passing by. The beetle was quite receptive, it stopped, listened to the music and started headbanging its tentacles to the music like a real metal bug.
What’s funny is that there’s a Hungarian expression for headbanging and cheering at concerts, and it literally means “tentacling” (csápolás).
The metal bug’s video was uploaded to YouTube in 2011, but the internet recently rediscovered it, and more than 12 million people have seen it on Facebook since then.
