There are still disruptions at Budapest Airport following the IT glitch
Check-in and passenger handling at Ferenc Liszt International Airport are seamless and continuous. However, due to the earlier global IT problems, schedule changes and delays may still occur.
Budapest Airport therefore asks passengers to monitor the status of their flights via the bud.hu website and airline interfaces.

According to Telex, many Hungarians are stuck in Sicily and Mallorca due to the collapse of air traffic. One of the new outlet’s employees could not travel home from Basel. Wizz Air informed passengers that the malfunctioning of their IT systems ended at 10.30 PM on Friday.
