Long unseen change at Hungarian petrol stations to come this week
After more than a month, the price of diesel is finally falling at Hungarian petrol stations.
After a long time, the wholesale price of diesel will be reduced again from Friday, holtankoljak.hu reports. The last time the price of diesel fell was on 10 January.
This Friday, it will cost HUF 4 less gross. The price of petrol will not change this week. Thus, in terms of average prices, here is what we can expect to see at petrol stations in the second half of the week:
- 95 petrol: HUF 618/litre (EUR 1.60)
- diesel: HUF 657/litre (EUR 1.70)
Economy minister Márton Nagy recently said that he saw a chance to adjust the price of petrol. However, so far this has not happened, and prices have been rising steadily since then, 24.hu writes.
