A Romanian man caught smuggling 11 migrants to Austria in Hungary
The migrants were from Afghanistan and Syria. Police caught the smuggler on the M1 motorway near Győr.
Based on the police’s statement, the migrants could not identify themselves so officers took them into custody with the driver of the van.
Police are going to escort the Afghan and Syrian men to the border of Hungary. However, the Romanian driver will have to answer for his deed on court and
he may receive a prison sentence from 5 to 15 years.

How can men who will not fight for their own countries be of any use to the country they are sneaking into? Are they truly cowards or potential terrorists? We shall see.
what is mechanism to ensure that illegal migrants don’t sneak into again into Hungary? Are they handed over to authorities of other country?
