Michael Portillo – in his presentation of this video, was a major reason, why I call Budapest, Hungary my home.
It was 2016, that this episode of the BBC’s – Great Railway Journeys was released for viewing in Australia.
Prior to October 2016, I had never visited Budapest, Hungary from my places of residency, that was “split” between, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Ironically, prior to the release of this program, it’s starting point Budapest, Hungary, in July 2016, I had arranged a (6) weeks holiday to Europe that included (4) four days in Budapest.
From this program, it excited me looking forward to visiting Budapest.
I was not disappointed, fell in Love with Budapest, Hungary in 2016.
I have not regretted my decision late 2016, to live permanently, as a resident, in this Beautiful – Majestic and Historical – National City of Budapest, Hungary.
I have been welcomed and respected by the warmth and friendliness of the Hungarian people.
Stay Safe & Well – ALL.
