Parliament committee supports Constitutional Court candidate
Parliament’s judicial committee on Monday voted support for Zoltán Márki to be appointed a member of the Constitutional Court.
Márki is currently head of the supreme court’s penal college. The Constitutional Court post has been vacant after András Zs. Varga was appointed head of the supreme court.
The committee supported the candidate with 7 votes for and with one abstention.
