On This Weekend: 15th The Harley-Davidson Open Road Festival On The Lake Balaton

The Harley-Davidson Budapest organized yet another exceptional event, which is already called the biggest motorcycle ride festival in Hungary – The Harley-Davidson Open Road Festival (Alsóörs, Balaton). This year the traditional annual Harley-Davidson festival celebrates its 15th anniversary. Therefore, organizers put together an impressive program for all five days of the event. In 2014 festival will take place from June 4th till June 8th.

The excitement, supersonic speed, the feeling of an open road and amazing scenery – all that will become part of the 15thOpen Road Festival. For all our readers who are curious of what to expect this summer, there are some things worth mentioning. One of the key events during these days will be the country’s largest motorcycle parade, which will take place on the 7th of June at 12-00; with the following route: Alsóörs – Csopak – Balatonfüred – Aszófő – Palóznak – Lovas – Felsőörs – Balatonalmádi – Alsóörs.

For those of guests, who would like to remain just spectators of the parade, there will be numerous programs to keep them entertained. Opportunities to experience bungee jumping, helicopter flights, guided tours around the picturesque area of the lake Balaton, Jack Daniel’s rodeo show, custom bike shows.
