PHOTOS: Massive adventure park opens in Debrecen, Hungary
A large adventure park has opened recently near Debrecen. The 30-hectare family theme park was built with an investment of more than HUF 600 million (EUR 1.6 million), without any state aid. The adventure park awaits visitors with tons of fun.
Turizmus Online reported that there are countless activities that will keep the kids as well as grownups busy for hours. The numerous unique and colourful programmes ensure that everyone will find something to their liking. Located near Debrecen but far away from the hustle and bustle of the town, the new adventure park is part of Erdőspuszta Club Hotel. The owner of Erdőspuszta Club Hotel said the followings about their new addition:
The construction, which took a year and a half to complete, was designed to ensure that all ages, families, and company groups can find recreational activities that suit them. In addition to rare electric go-kart tracks for adults and children, there are bumper cars, a 9D cinema, a boating pond, an animal park, swimming pools, game rooms, an artificial grass football pitch, paintball and archery.
Thrilling programmes
The one-of-a-kind electric go-kart will be a blast for adrenaline junkies. To ensure the highest level of safety, there are separate tracks for adults and for children. There are 10 segways at the adventure park, which you can take to explore the town of Debrecen. The historic town is only a 30-minute ride from the hotel. Tour guides are also available for groups of up to 9.
The theme park is an ideal choice for a team-building day as well. The most popular activity is paintball, while archery is a bit more traditional but also very much liked. Hobby and sport riders can indulge in their passion in the outdoor paddock or the 800-square-metre covered riding stable in case of bad weather. The adventure park also provides riding lessons for those who are beginners but eager to learn.
