Sharp rise in fuel prices in Hungary, but we’ll show you the cheapest places to fill up
Fuel prices in Hungary have already risen significantly today, with another sharp rise coming on Friday.
Today, the wholesale price of petrol increased by HUF 9 gross, while the increase for diesel was HUF 6 gross per litre. From Friday, domestic fuel prices will rise even further, holtankoljak.net reports.
Sharp rise in fuel prices on Friday too
For petrol, the change will be HUF 8 gross on Friday, while the price of diesel will increase by HUF 4 gross.
This means that the price of petrol increases by HUF 17 per litre this week alone.
This means that in the second half of the week, you can fill up at the following average prices at domestic stations:
- 95 petrol: HUF 574/litre (EUR 1.53)
- Gas oil: HUF 555/litre (EUR 1.48)
Where are the cheapest places to fill up in Hungary?
