Szeged university part of EUGLOH education programme on health care
Szeged University has started a three-year cooperation with four other universities in an educational development programme on healing and prevention, the deputy head of the southern Hungarian city’s university said on Thursday.
The project is part of the European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH), with a 5 million euro funding from the European Commission, 1.3 million euros form the French government and 1 million euros from the German government.

The universities participating are the University of Paris-Saclay, the University of Porto in Portugal, Sweden’s Lund University and the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
The programme allows some 210,000 students and 23,000 teachers to attend the universities in the project, to study subjects connected to health care such as healthy nutrition, prevention, healing, rehabilitation and the economic and legal aspects of health care.
