The most expensive houses in Hungary

Szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu looked for houses which are for one family and they showed the six most expensive they found. The search engine of Otthonterkep website helped them.

Twice as much

This house in Svabhegy is by far the most expensive among the current ads. And why? This 800 sq m-villa has 13 bedrooms, a garage below the building, a gym, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a garden and security functions, plus the service center in the reception building performs supervision. It is like James Bond or Batman and Hollywood, but here in Budapest. Click here for the price!

Balaton, you wonderful!

This house, which is located on the top of Tihany with a pool in the garden, has an amazing view. Is there anything more powerful than the ca. 270 degrees of Balaton panorama? The price is not told again, but if you have a look at the previous ad and the current one, you will understand what “twice as much” means.

And this?

This Kaposvar house is 700 sq m large, it has 7 bedrooms, and the price is probably justified by its location high above the city, on the Rome Hill. Nevertheless, szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu did not know why it has such a high price.

Almost 100

This villa, which was built in 1919 and is located in the 2th district, is probably the most tasteful house with 12 bedrooms on the list. Besides, it is “just” the 4^th most expensive house in Hungary. It was restored in 2006 preserving the bourgeois style, and the road leads to the entrance across a park with old trees. Who buys it will get a 50 sq m-panoramic terrace, a wine room, a relaxation room, a fitness room and a 30-sq m-indoor pool as well. Is it worth it?
