The stones of the jewellery are made in a workshop equipped with special technology. The wine is solidified through an 8-10-week-long process. However, not every wine can be used for this process. The beverage’s chemistry and physical parameters have to be studied first. Every piece of jewellery has a unique pattern thanks to the process, according to their official page.

Ágnes Csikósné Homolya is the creator of the accessories, writes sokszinuvidek.24.hu. The idea of the jewellery dates back to 2014. That year, Ágnes and her husband visited Italy and tried Italian wine at various locations. At a dinner in Trieste, Ágnes told her husband that she wished to keep this memory. This is what inspired her to think about how to turn wine into tangible material. Eventually, she came up with a new concept.
