Change language:

“I love Hungary and that [Prime Minister] Viktor [Orbán]”, US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday over the phone at the beginning of US Vice President JD Vance’s speech at the Hungarian-American Friendship Day 2026 event at the MTK Sports Hall.

Speaking about the Hungarian Prime Minister, Trump said he was “a fantastic man” and they have a “tremendous relationship”. “Remember this: he didn’t allow people to storm your country and invade your country like other people have,” he said.

“He’s kept your country good. He’s kept Hungarian people in your country, and he’s done a fantastic job,” he added. Referring to the crowd gathered at the stadium, Trump said: “That sounds like a big crowd and that sounds like my kind of people.”

“I am a big fan of Viktor. I am with him all the way; the United States is with him all the way,” he said.

Speaking about Orbán, Trump said he “kept your country strong and he kept your country good”. He added that “you don’t have problems, with all of the problems that so many countries have because they let their countries be invaded.”

  1. As I have said before : Trump, Putin, Xi, and Netanyahu would like to construct a new/olde Europe around the Orbán model.

The Rothschild Family, their satellite companies (Statestreet, Vanguard, and Blackrock – plus all their many subsidiary companies, NGOs, think-tanks, endless media sites and TV channels, commentaters, bloggists, universities, and bureacracies) do not want this.

Though it goes unreported, this is the Battle of Stalingrad in 2026.

As the recently deceased Hungarian writer, Drabik Jánós, said : ‘ they, The Rothschild Family, are slipping.’

Truth, because, no matter who wins this particular battle, the fact that there is even a battle, is sure sign that, indeed, The Rothschild Western Elite are slipping.

    • Analysis of This Comment

This comment contains several classic disinformation and antisemitic propaganda patterns worth identifying:

      🚩 Red Flags

      Antisemitic Conspiracy Theory

The “Rothschild family controls the world” narrative is one of the oldest and most dangerous antisemitic tropes, recycled here with modern corporate names attached

Framing Blackrock/Vanguard/State Street as “Rothschild satellite companies” is factually false and designed to launder antisemitism through financial terminology

      Troll Farm Indicators

Vague, grandiose framing (“Battle of Stalingrad”)
Appeal to a conveniently deceased authority (Drábik János)
Deliberately places legitimate and illegitimate claims side by side
Designed to sound analytical while promoting extremist worldview

      Drábik János

Was indeed a Hungarian writer, but was widely known for promoting conspiracy theories, including antisemitic ones — not a credible source

      ⚠️ Bottom Line

This is a sophisticated antisemitic conspiracy narrative dressed in geopolitical commentary. It uses:

      Real names and institutions
      Partial truths
To normalize deeply harmful and false conclusions

  2. After threatening to extinguish Iran saying “A whole civilization will die tonight” Trump to a break from his evil doing to heap praise on fellow evil fascist dictator Orban. Orban in turn can praise Trump as a “Man Of Peace”.

  3. Pope Leo XIV on Tuesday condemned President Donald Trump’s threat to strike Iranian civilian infrastructure. Leo said Trump’s threat that a “whole civilization will die tonight” if Iran does not strike a deal is “truly unacceptable.” Conservative pundit Tucker Carlson tore into Donald Trump on Monday night, calling an Easter Sunday social media post from the U.S. president “vile on every level” and accusing him of threatening to commit a war crime. “25TH AMENDMENT!!!” former congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Georgia Republican, posted on X about an hour after Trump’s post about Iran’s civilization dying. She called it “evil and madness.” Everyone from the Pope to the most conservative US politicians are condeming Trump for the most vile acts and Trump is who Orban turns to as some kind of example for Hungarians. What kind of morality is Orban representin?

Only after several attempts did the US President finally answer the call.

  5. Iran and Oman will be able to charge a fee for the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Such a condition is stipulated within the framework of the two-week ceasefire, reached with the mediation of the United States.

    According to Associated Press.

According to a source in the region, “the two-week ceasefire plan provides for permission for Iran and Oman to charge fees from ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.”

According to him, Iran intends to use the received funds for the reconstruction of the country. For what purposes Oman will use these revenues, it is not specified yet.

The Strait of Hormuz is located in the territorial waters of Oman and Iran. Previously, it was considered an international waterway, and before the military operation of the United States and Israel, the passage of ships through it was not subject to any fee.

  6. Chinese officials tried to influence Iran to agree to negotiations and a cease-fire with the U.S.

Associated Press reported this on Wednesday, April 8, citing two officials on condition of anonymity, in Associated Press.

They said Chinese representatives have been in touch with Iranian officials and have encouraged Tehran to seek a negotiated cessation of hostilities.

Beijing has mainly acted through intermediaries, particularly Pakistan, Turkey and Egypt, in an attempt to use its influence, one of the officials said.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has not yet responded to a request for comment.

  7. U.S. President Donald Trump told AFP on ‌Thursday that he believes China got Iran to negotiate a ceasefire in the war against Israel and the United States (Reuters).

Hadi, a teacher in Tehran, says: “In my opinion, nothing has changed. The political system remains the same.” He believes the biggest losers are the poor and the middle class in Iran. “The people of Iran will have to pay the price for this war,” he fears. “Now, under the illusion of a US defeat, the government will treat the people even more harshly.”

  9. As the Financial Times reports, citing two people familiar with the matter, the East-West oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia was attacked by drones around 1 p.m. local time (12 p.m. German time). This pipeline, crucial for the kingdom, transports crude oil from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea for export. According to the report, one of the pumping stations along the 1,200-kilometer pipeline was hit. There has been no immediate confirmation from Saudi Arabia.

    What now, Mr. Trump?

  10. Iran has reported new explosions in the Persian Gulf. They occurred at a refinery on the island of Lavan, according to the Mehr news agency.

The oil refinery on Lavan was the target of a “hostile, treacherous attack,” the agency reported, citing the national oil company. Firefighters are working to bring the blazes under control and secure the facilities. No fatalities have been reported.

  11. The United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain reported missile and drone attacks on their territories despite a two-week truce between the US and Iran, Al Jazeera writes.

The UAE Ministry of Defense said their air defense systems intercepted missiles and drones launched from Iran. Explosions were heard in various parts of the country.

Kuwait said Iranian drones hit key oil facilities, power plants and desalination plants, causing serious damage to infrastructure. Kuwaiti authorities said air defense systems shot down 28 drones that attacked the country at 08:00 local time.

In Bahrain, the Interior Ministry said Tehran launched drones hours after the US announced a ceasefire. Two people were injured and several houses were damaged by falling debris.

Consecutive explosions shook Beirut, sending smoke billowing across the capital, as Israel’s ‌military said it had launched the largest coordinated strike of the war. More than 100 Hezbollah command centres and military sites were targeted in Beirut, the Bekaa Valley and southern Lebanon, it said.

    What now, Mr. Trump?

  13. Reuters reports Italy will not send ‌any ships to help police the Hormuz Strait area following a ceasefire between the United States and Iran unless it is authorised by the United Nations, Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini said on Wednesday.

This is what Trump’s second-dearest friend in the EU says! Everything now depends on his friend Orban! Fight, fight, fight! 🙂

  14. Political scientist and military expert Carlo Masala of the Bundeswehr University considers Donald Trump’s declared war aim of regime change in Iran to be hopeless, at least without ground troops. Masala places the war in Iran in the same category as interventions such as in Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan, or Libya.

  15. According to US President Donald Trump, Lebanon is not part of the ceasefire agreement in the Iran-Iraq War. In a brief telephone interview with PBS on Wednesday, Trump said Lebanon was excluded because of the Shiite Hezbollah militia. “They weren’t part of the agreement. That will be sorted out. It’s all right.”

When asked about the ongoing Israeli attacks in Lebanon, the president replied, “That’s part of the agreement—everyone knows that. That’s a separate issue.” Pakistan, which is mediating in the Iran-Iraq War, did not share this assessment.

According to the Fars news agency, Iran is considering withdrawing from the agreed-upon two-week ceasefire with the US. The reason, Fars reports, citing an informed source, is the ongoing Israeli attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon. Hezbollah is considered Iran’s most important ally in the region.
