Hungarian designers conquer Paris Design Week – PHOTO GALLERY

Ten Hungarian designers can exhibit their works under the umbrella brand of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency at the Maison&Objet Paris fair, the most prominent event of the decoration and lifestyle industry.

From 9 to 13 September, designers, artists, manufacturers, distributors, and interior design experts can get immersed in the colourful melting pot of various home and lifestyle products at the Maison&Objet design fair, the central event of Paris Design Week. The five-day event attracts nearly 100,000 people every year and

provides an excellent opportunity for Hungarian brands and designers to reach international customers and strengthen the international availability of their products, thus contributing to their economic stability,

CEO of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency ZsΓ³fia Bata-Jakab said that this year’s exhibition had special importance since Hungarian talents are finally able to present their works in person, which opens up new perspectives for these designers and allows them to build valuable relationships and connections.

The products of Hungarian designers are exhibited at the stand of Budapest Select, the umbrella brand of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency.

β€œThe main goal of the Budapest Select brand is to raise awareness to the exceptional talent of Hungarian designers and focus more attention on international exhibitions through unified communication while preserving their individual brand features,”

explains the agency.

This year’s stand concept utilises solutions that divide space in a functional yet creative way, thus accentuating the special design objects displayed. The Budapest Select stand is installed at the Signature sector, Hall 6, exhibiting the following works:

  • MΓ‘tΓ© HorvΓ‘th’s Loop chest of drawers, Mix chair and Plane clock;
  • Zsuzsanna HorvΓ‘th’s Fringe lamp and Nornir wall clock;
  • SΓ‘ra Kele’s Tangens furniture collection;
  • Rita Koralevics’s β€œU” turn seat;
  • DΓ‘niel Lakatos’s Tiles chair;
  • MiklΓ³s Leits’s Hommage lamp;
  • Error n ’more’s TA plate set;
  • the lamp of Loomiosa Leaf and Delta;
  • Oleant Blass’s Genesis lamp;
  • the Berii and Pran lamp collection of the Position brand.
