Washington Post: Orbán has become role model for America’s right-wing populists
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has become a role model for American right-wing populists. The FIDESZ president addresses the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Dallas, USA.
Orbán, a hero among the American far right
“Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, an autocrat astride a country whose GDP is more meager than that of Kansas and whose population is smaller than Michigan’s, has become a role model for America’s right-wing populists who admire his blueprint for dismantling democracy,” begins an article in the Washington Post.
Orbán will speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference. According to the article, the Hungarian prime minister has been shunned in Western Europe.
According to the WP article, Republicans are not bothered by Orbán’s racist, retrograde rhetoric or by the his attack on the US over sanctions against Russia. Orbán has also joked about Nazi gas chambers and warned against European miscegenation.

Orban has many fans, especially among the radical supporters of former President Donald Trump. Because many of Trump’s supporters believe in the Great Replacement theory as much as Orbán does. According to the Great Replacement theory, the mysterious world elite is deliberately organising migration to replace the Christian, white population of Europe and the USA. This was also an important and prominent point for the leader of Hungary in his Tusványos speech. Among others, Fox News host Tucker Carlson is a big supporter of the Great Replacemenet theory, writes 444.hu.
Orban’s speech at CPAC
The Hungarian prime minister addresses a meeting of the Conservative Political Action Conference. The CPAC meeting is held in Dallas, USA.
“Viktor Orbán’s racism, embodied in his attack on the “mixed race” threat seen in Europe, is the antithesis of American values. He should therefore be removed from CPAC. Instead, all signs point to him arriving in Dallas to cheers.” concludes the WP article.

WaPo is a joke-anybody disagree with them is a racist / nazi / Kkk. 95% of US media is pushing the same. Thy hate the middle class , especially Christian white- large numbers of blacks and Latinos are now supporting the movement. It was the NYT story about a great replacement that Tucker responded to and now it has been twisted a round like he was the one calling it- look it up. Why don’t do Soros stories- the great Budapest icon is spending millions to destroy justice in the US.
