Will Hungarian millionaire make USD 6.6m on his Beverly Park mansion?
Interestingly, Martin Lawrence lived in the X-shaped mansion between 2001 and 2012. However, György Gattyán, the sixth richest Hungarian with an estimated EUR 630 million fortune, did not buy it from him but from a real estate developer, Bruce Makowsky. He paid then USD 26.4 million back then but sells it for 33 million today. The Neoclassical estate is in Beverly Park, a guard-gated community high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

According to dirt.com, Görgy Gattyán bought the lavish mansion last year and wants to sell it now with a pure USD 6.6 million profit. Gattyán made his first millions in the online erotica industry instead of porn. Mr Gattyán is the founder and owner of livejasmin.com, one of the largest adult camming websites in the world, which he founded in 2001.
Afterwards, he started several successful businesses. He is the owner of the Kodolányi University in Hungary and co-founded the Prima Pimissima Award. Moreover, Gattyán created Teqball, one of the world’s fastest-growing sports resembling table tennis but played with a football. As we reported before, Teqball aspires to become an Olympic sport and already has 138 national associations.
Astonishing Beverly Park mansion for the elite
In 2022, he was the prime minister candidate of the Megoldás Mozgalom (Solution Movement, abbreviated as MEMO), one of the youngest political parties in Hungary, created with his help. Even though opposition parties claim MEMO was only created to siphon away voters from them in the 2022 general elections, Gattyán and his party were able to collect 1.05 percent of the total votes.
All in all, Gattyán would like to sell his Beverly Park mansion, where comedian-actor Martin Lawrence lived between 2001 and 2012. The estate was built in 1992 in white Neoclassical style. It has 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and features
“over 13,800 square feet of living space on two levels. Additional structures include a 1,000-square-foot guesthouse that currently serves as a gym, plus an attached four-car garage tucked discreetly off to the side of the X-shaped dwelling” – dirt.com wrote.
Built on a 2.2-acre parcel it has a lushly landscaped lawn and cobblestone motor court. A columned portico, guarded by a pair of lion sculptures, and a soaring double front door, welcomes the visitors. The interior has hardwood floors, chandeliers and seamless indoor-outdoor environs.
