Spotted in Király Street: Woody Harrelson charms Budapest with his humour
Woody Harrelson, currently in Budapest for the filming of Now You See Me 3, has been making the most of his time in the Hungarian capital. After being spotted playing sports with local figures like Sándor Noszály and Áron Molnár, the Hollywood star was recently photographed at the World of Banksy exhibition in Király Street. His friendly and open demeanour made quite an impression on the event organisers.

According to Hungarian tabloid Blikk, the Emmy Award-winning actor spent time exploring the exhibition, showing a deep interest in the street art on display while snapping photos along the way.
Earlier reports already hinted that Harrelson could easily be encountered around Budapest, where he’s shooting alongside other global stars. At 63, the American actor seems to be in great shape—first seen playing paddleball with Hungarian tennis player Sándor Noszály, then just a few days later playing basketball with actor Áron Molnár.
Harrelson at the Banksy exhibition
Harrelson, it seems, hasn’t been shy about mingling with fans. This week, he was spotted again, this time at the World of Banksy – Street Art on Canvas exhibition.
“Unbelievable! One of Hollywood’s most iconic actors admired the famous street artist’s works right here in Budapest,” the World of Banksy Budapest team shared on social media, along with a photo of the smiling star:
According to the exhibition’s organisers, Harrelson dropped by just before closing time on Wednesday. His laid-back and approachable nature left a lasting impression on the staff. “It was an incredible experience for us,” shared Benyovszki Dorina, the exhibition’s manager, in a short interview with welovebudapest.com. “He was incredibly friendly and hilarious. He gladly took photos with everyone and signed autographs. He even promised to share a post about our exhibition!”
Harrelson isn’t the only Now You See Me 3 cast member enjoying the streets of Budapest. Jesse Eisenberg, who was nominated for an Oscar for his role in The Social Network, was seen visiting a magician’s shop in early August, while Morgan Freeman was spotted dining at the popular Déryné Bistro.
