1956 – Gyurcsány: Current PM in contrast with spirit of revolution

Budapest, October 23 (MTI) – The current prime minister is sharply in contrast with the spirit of Hungary’s martyred PM Imre Nagy and the anti-Sovet revolution of 1956, opposition Democratic Coalition (DK) leader Ferenc Gyurcsány said on Sunday.
Gyurcsány said at a party event in Budapest commemorating 1956 that the current prime minister has gained fame for “ravaging freedom and democracy”.
“If the revolution of Imre Nagy was the revolution of freedom and democracy then the current prime minister is the leader of a counter-revolution”, he said.
“Only the current democratic opposition parties, movements, supporters and voters are entitled to honourably talk about Imre Nagy and his fellow martyrs”, he added.
After the event, Gyurcsány and other DK politicians laid wreaths at a memorial on 1956-ers Square.

Is this the same Gyurcsany that was making millions from the Hungarian people while in power?
Mr. Viktor Orban is the only one who had the nerve to build a wall to keep out Muslims; who hundreds of years ago, tried to over-run Hungary then as well!!! Bezerkel Merkel has caused so much ‘damage’ to the heritage of individual European nations, that it can never be reversed! I like Mr. Orban & hope to retire back to where i was born; and forced to leave when the Commies came in & killed many of my Hungarian, brave relatives! We don’t want any more horrible people coming into Hungary & trying to ‘dictate’ to Hungary who they should live with & how! The Muslims can go back to where they belong & practice their ‘antiquated’ ridiculous religion there! Stay the hell out of beautiful Hungary!!!! WE DON”T WANT YOU to destroy our precious freedoms after the Russians already have for 50 yrs!!!! GO BACK to where you came from!
