But it seems that Wizz Air already calculates an even darker future since its euro/forint exchange rate is currently the worst available in Hungary. There are tickets to planes taking off from Hungary, which can be bought for a 456.3 HUF/EUR price.

Wizz Air does the ticket pricing in euros. But the ultra-low-cost airline converts that price to the national currency of the departure country. However, now it does not follow it anymore but precedes it. Okosutas.hu says that from this Monday on, they convert forint using a much lower exchange rate than the official. As a result, we have to pay more in forint than in euros for the same ticket.
