‘Tep’, an application designed by young Hungarian innovators is available for Android devices from this weekend on. The app has won 2nd place on Imagine Cup, the international competition by Microsoft, reports orgio.hu.

The main idea behind the app is to motivate users to run, cycle and walk more, as this is the only way they can raise and feed their virtual giraffe. Apart from the virtual animal, the application has social functions and it also creates statistics based on the user’s daily training.

‘Tep’ was originally designed for Windows Phone, the beta version for Android is now available on Google Play.
