The Terminator is in Hungary: Schwarzenegger starts filming in Budapest
As we already reported, Budapest and Hungary have become very popular in the eyes of the Hollywood film industry, so American blockbuster stars are swarming in the Hungarian capital lately. According to borsonline.hu, Arnold Schwarzenegger arrived on Tuesday to Budapest and nlcafe.hu reported that he worked out yesterday in a gym in the 13th district. The former governor of California arrived Hungary to film the sixth installment of the Terminator franchise.
Schwarzenegger celebrated his birthday in Budapest
According to borsonline.hu, sultry heat awaited the Terminator in Budapest when he arrived. However, he was waving gently to the many photographers waiting for him at the airport where he arrived on the board of a private jet. After letting some photos to be made he
departed to a downtown hotel in Budapest.
In fact, he arrived at the Hungarian capital in order to join his co-star in The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor) and start filming the as-yet-untitled sixth installment of the Terminator. The scenes will be shot in Budapest and Komárom about which there is already a video shared on youtube:
Schwarzenegger plays the cyborg for the fifth time since in the fourth part he was present only with the help of digital graphics. As a matter of fact, in late March the Terminator had an aging pulmonic valve replaced. The initial valve was first put in his body in 1997 to fix a heart defect, but it was only meant to last 10-15 years. Thus, it is not surprising that since Schwarzenegger regularly
does not use a stunt
he will shoot his new film under medical care.
Workout not missed even in Budapest
According to borsonline.hu, a studio is already set for the start of the filming near Budapest. The Hollywood legend will start work there and he will remain in Hungary for a couple of weeks.
The famous Hollywood star turned 71 on July 30, so he celebrated his birthday in Budapest with his colleagues. Schwarzenegger thanked the birthday wishes in a Facebook-post and wrote that they really pumped him up.
Of course, Schwarzenegger did not neglect his muscles even in the last few days. The ‘Austrian Oak’ was seen to be training
in a gym in the 13th district yesterday
of which some photos have been shared on the gym’s Facebook page.

According to flickeringmyth.com, Terminator 6 is
scheduled to be released on November 22, 2019.
Its director will be Tim Miller and Gabriel Luna will be the new Terminator. Nobody knows anything yet about the plot with the exception of the fact that the new film will ignore the last three sequels and it will serve as a direct sequel to the first two movies.
