The best juicy chicken paprikash recipe – VIDEO

Chicken paprikash is a cultic Hungarian meal because it has all of the characteristic ingredients of our cuisine. As you might be able to guess, the greatest flavour combination can be achieved by adding some sour cream 😉

What you will need (in order of appearance): 1.5 tablespoons of lard, 3 onions, 1.5 tablespoons of paprika, 2 tomatoes, 1 pepper, 1 whole chicken, 1.5 dl water, salt, pepper, 175 grams of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of flour and some more sour cream!
