Hungarian coronavirus operative board sets up call centre
The Hungarian government’s operative board monitoring the coronavirus outbreak has set up a call centre to provide accurate and up-to-date information to citizens on the virus, the interior ministry told MTI on Wednesday.
Currently there are no signs of the virus being present in Hungary.
The operative board monitors health-care and epidemiological data on the coronavirus outbreak.
The employees of the interior, defence and foreign ministries, the human resources ministry, the innovation and technology ministry, the national public health centre, the disaster management centre and the crime analysis centre are cooperating to provide verified information via email and a 24-hour phone hotline, the ministry said.
The call centre can be reached under koronavirus@bm.gov.hu and on the phone numbers +36-80-277-455 and +36-80-277-456.
