- Escher Károly Award for the best news photo – Tibor Illyés (MTI/MTVA): Homage
- Munkácsi Márton Award for the best collection: Simon Móricz-Sabján (Népszabadság)
- Péter Komka (MTI/MTVA) became the best photo reporter working in the counties.
- Antal Bánhegyesi (freelancer) received the award for the best photo reporter under 30.
