Brutal! Animals kept in adverse conditions and starved to death – VIDEO
After receiving a notice, police officers were dispatched by the Budapest Police Headquarters to investigate a family home in Csepel.
The police received the notice of possible animal abuse in at a family house in Csepel on January 17. Police officers were dispatched to check on the house.
They uncovered the carcass of a horse, a goat and a swine in the yard of the house.
In addition to the carcasses, the police found several, weakened animals due to malnourishment, that were obviously held in adverse conditions, the police reported.

According to the official veterinarian’s preliminary examination, their death was caused by starving.
The police have detained the 41-year-old man and his 46-year-old wife, who had been responsible for taking care of the animals and brought them to the police headquarters of the district.
The investigators have interrogated the perpetrators for animal abuse. The remaining animals will be taken care of.
