PHOTOS: Luxurious Hungarian hotel has been reborn
The only five-star hotel in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county is the Andrássy Kúria & Spa in Tarcal. The building of the mansion was owned by the Andrássy family for a long time. It was first opened as a hotel in 2008.
The BDPST Group is responsible for the renewal of the Andrássy Mansion & Spa (Andrássy Kúria & Spa) in Tarcal, among other unique developments. The winery part of the hotel has been rebuilt as an event space, and the Bobajka restaurant will has a completely new look and two new rooms (a café and a banqueting room) for hotel guests and visitors from summer 2022, according to turizmus.com.
The mansion first opened as a hotel in 2008 and was acquired by the BDPST Group in 2019.
