Tragedy: Man falls from fourth floor of Budapest mall
A man fell from the fourth floor of the Mammut shopping centre in Budapest. There was no suspicion of foul play.
At around 10:30 AM, an elderly woman on the third floor of the Mammut shopping centre in Buda noticed a man falling from the floor above her, Blikk reports.
Shortly after the tragedy, the police investigation began, with experts working to quickly cover up what clearly appeared to be a man’s body.
“It was shocking to see so much of the incident. I was very scared. The old lady told the police that she saw the man jump and then she heard a huge thud,” an eyewitness told the Blikk.
When contacted by Blikk, the police confirmed the incident and that no crime had been committed.
“There is no suspicion of foul play or crime in connection with the incident,” the Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK) wrote to the tabloid.
